Flexible check-in/check-out will be offered when available. Guests offered contactless access via electronic door lock. 

We're always to help with any questions or concerns, but don't want to intrude on your stay. Let us know how we can assist you. 

House has two kitchens - one on the main level and one on the pool deck level. Each kitchen has refrigerator with water dispenser and ice maker. There are also two dining tables - one off the main kitchen and one on the pool deck level. 

Maximum occupancy is 12 adults. Occupancy of 13 can be considered for children. Fire code prohibits occupancy beyond 13. Note: to list the bed count correctly we had to list the Twin Room twice. There is only one twin bedroom which contains two twin beds.

Check out our brand-new outdoor furniture including the Pollywood pub table and chairs.  

We cater to families with small children (as we have 4 grandchildren ages 7 to 11 months). 

Events can be considered and allowed with prior approval. 

Smoking is permitted on the premises, but not in the house, garage, or porch. Additional charges will apply if cleaners have to pick up cigarette butts. 

Full time financial advisor with Vacation Rental side-gig. We have one vacation rental in Fort Myers Beach that we purchased in 2018.
